3-Policy Drawing:
When you submit THREE (3) Long-Term Care Policies through LTCcompass, on or before June 30, 2012, and place (paid premium) before July 31, 2012, you will be eligible for one chance in a drawing to win either an iPad 2, Kindle Fire or Nook Color. Policies must (1) be placed through LTCcompass and (2) be placed with any of the following carriers (John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Prudential, Genworth, Transamerica or One America) to qualify toward drawing. For each policy placed that meets drawing eligibility requirements, you will be entered for one (1) chance in the drawing to win either an iPad 2, Kindle Fire or a Nook color. For each policy placed after your 3rd policy placed, (up to 10 policy limit) you will receive an additional drawing chance (up to six more).
10-Policy Instant Qualification:
When you submit TEN (10) Long-Term Care Policies through LTCcompass, on or before June 30, 2012 and place (paid premium) before July 31, 2012, you automatically qualify to receive your choice of one of the following prizes: iPad 2, Kindle Fire, or Nook Color. Policies must meet all of the following requirements to be considered eligible for prize: (1) Be placed through LTCcompass, (2) Be placed with any of the following carriers (John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Prudential, Genworth, Transamerica or One America), and (3) Be placed during the "qualification period."
General Rules
Eligible Long-Term Care Policies: John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Prudential, Genworth, Transamerica, and One America (State Life).
How to Win: Qualify between December 15, 2011 & June 30, 2012 (official "qualification period"). All policies must be submitted by June 30th; policy premium will be accepted until July 31, 2012.
Prizes: iPad 2, Kindle Fire or Nook Color
This incentive program runs from December 15, 2011 through July 31, 2012 (“Qualification Period”) and is designed exclusively for LTC insurance agents licensed and appointed through LTCcompass (World Insurance Association, Inc.) to sell any of the following LTC Carrier Policies: John Hancock, Mutual of Omaha, Prudential, Genworth, Transamerica or One America (State Life). A minimum of three policies must be submitted on or before June 30th, and placed/paid for by July 31st, 2012, to be considered eligible for the random drawing which will award one of three prize devices (including an iPad 2, Kindle Fire or Nook Color) to the drawing winner. Each paid policy, thereafter, will increase your chances of winning a prize. Once any agent reaches ten paid policies, all drawing chances will be removed from the eligible drawing chances and that individual agent will be awarded their single choice of available prizes. A minimum of ten policies must be submitted and placed/paid within the aforementioned time frames in order to be eligible to select one of the three prize devices mentioned above. Split Policies are not eligible for full or partial credit.
You are obligated to follow LTCcompass and Insurance Carrier policies, procedures, ethics and applicable insurance laws when making sales recommendations to address clients’ needs. This obligation is not lessoned in any manner because you may have an opportunity to win a prize in the sales incentive promotion upon sales of eligible policies. Awards will be reviewed on the first of each month, and awarded after the final submission date. All decisions and rules interruptions are final and at the sole discretion of LTCcompass (World Insurance Association, Inc.). LTCcompass (World Insurance Association, Inc.) reserves the right to substitute prizes of near equal value at its discretion. This program is void where prohibited by law. Agents may only qualify in either the three policy drawing or the ten policy instant qualification program. By accepting the award agent acknowledges they are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
